While I am not a fan of what reddit has become, there is plenty of helpful useful information on there that we should ignore. redlib offers an alternative means of navigating the site without adds, and any bulls*** that you encounter on the official site.

- slrpnk.net - lemmy instance
lemmy is great for similar reasons to reddit. It uses federated instances, meaning these are hosted by individuals as opposed to it all being one company's servers. Great forum/reddit alternative that is decentralised.

just a music downloader, great for grabbing files for mp3 players
